Why size sign should I purchase?
Our Design Tool allows you to change the size of your sign so you can visualize what it will look like on your actual wall. The minimum recommended feature width is 1/4".
Can I see what my sign will look like before ordering?
Yes! Use the free Sign Builder tool here. You can also upload an picture of your space and place the virtual sign on the wall.
How thick are the signs?
Each sign is approximately 1/4" thick. Aluminum signs are made from aluminum composite panels (Dibond).
When will I receive my order?
An approval drawing will be sent to you 1 to 2 days after your order. After we receive final approval and you pay the balance, we will begin production and ship the item in 5 to 7 days. Most deliveries arrive within 3 days.
How do I hang my sign?
Each sign is provided with double sided tape and a template for accurately spacing and placing your sign.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all items.
Why does my uploaded image look different?
Sometimes lower resolution images don't convert accurately. We recommend images at least 1000 px. Don't worry! We review all uploaded graphics for accuracy and fix if necessary. We also provide a final drawing for your approval.
What is the return and refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if there is shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Our custom and personalized products cannot be refunded. Please contact us if you have an issue with your item.
